About Evans Pavement Marking

Justin Evans is the sole owner of Evans Pavement Markings. Justin has been in the striping business for over 16 years with The Texas Department of Transportation. Evans Pavement Marking is Justin's privately owned business. Justin currently works for the Texas Department of Transportation full time as their striping coordinator. For many years Justin ran the paint crew for TxDot and did all the painting for the district. Several years ago, TXDOT shut down the paint crew at TXDOT and started contracting out all of the striping needs for the district. At that time due to Justin's expertise in the field, he was hired to be the Striping Coordinator for TXDOT. Justin now takes care of all the striping needs of the District. He covers as far west as Fredericksburg and Mason to as far east as Giddings and then North to George Town and South to San Marcos. Justin coordinates all striping that needs to be done as well as follows contractors to ensure that the job is done right.
